Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more. U.S. orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.99, and express shipping is available at checkout.

Orders are packed by hand at our Missoula shop and usually ship within 24–48 hours (business days). Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 days. During the holidays and busy sale periods, processing can take a little longer.

Optional shipping protection is available at checkout. Once a package is marked delivered, we're unable to replace items that are lost or stolen, so we recommend adding it.

International Orders

We're happy to ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and VAT charged by their country. Unpaid fees may result in your order being returned to us, and shipping costs are not refunded. All international sales are final.

Returns

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned online or in-store within 12 days of delivery.

Return requirements

• Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items returned used, worn, or without tags are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

How to start a return
Email jen@shopsundayschool.com with your order number. We’ll reply with instructions on where to send your package. Packages sent back without an approved return can’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether it was approved. Approved returns are issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you’d like.

Final sale items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Makeup
• Perfume and fragrance
• Water bottles
• Skincare and body products
• Mason Pearson and other hair and makeup brushes
• Intimates and hosiery
• Sale items and gift cards
• International orders

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at jen@shopsundayschool.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Freight forwarders
If you use a freight forwarder, our responsibility for your order ends once it is delivered to the forwarder.
